Our commitment
St Luke's with St Mark's is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible. We want everyone — regardless of disability, age, or technology — to be able to access the information and services on this site.
What we've done
- Colour contrast ratios meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards throughout
- Text is resizable without loss of content or functionality
- The site is navigable by keyboard
- A skip-to-content link is provided for keyboard users
- All images have descriptive alt text
- Form fields are labelled and associated with their inputs
- The navigation menu is accessible on mobile with a clear hamburger button
- ARIA attributes are used where appropriate
Known limitations
We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:
- PDF documents linked from the Safeguarding page may not be fully accessible to screen readers
- The embedded Spotify and Apple Music players are third-party widgets and their accessibility is outside our control
- The Google Calendar integration on the What's On page is generated by a third-party API
